When using TiltHosting.coms services you're bound to agree and follow this terms of use agreement, when referring to Tilt, Tilt Hosting, Us, Our or Tilt Host we are referring to TiltHosting.com. We reserve the right to update any documents at any time without giving notice to you, so we highly recommend you check back frequently for updates. If any of these rules are broken or not followed we will suspend/terminate your account without notice, if the rule broken requires legal attention we will enforce, you're bound to follow these rules listed below, as well as all United States Of America, and the State of Texas laws.
Acceptable Use Policy
By using our web hosting plans, provided by TiltHosting.com you agree to follow all of our policies that are listed on our website. These are designated to ensure client/staff safety as well as server stability. Failure to comply with these rules will result in termination without notice.
Forbidden Scripts/Content
There are a number of scripts/softwares we do not allow on our servers to ensure server health and stability. The listed scripts/softwares below are forbidden to be installed on your account at TiltHosting.com because they use too many server resources, if you have any of these scripts/softwares installed your account will be terminated without notice.
Social Networking Scripts/Softwares.
Any CGI- script powered chat room, or bulletin board.
Topsites Scripts
IRC related softwares
Sreaming or embedding TV/Audio/Video Clips
Proxy website's/scripts
.mp3 files
Image Hosting Script's/website's

Wordpress plugins that use a lot of server resources

Server Space
When your using Tilt Hostings services you agree not too use too many server resources including but not limited too: Disk Space, BandWidth, Ram and more! We do offer unlimited disk space but if you begin to use too much we will be forced to ask you to get our premier plan that allows you to use excessive amounts to space. We offer Unmetered bandwidth and when we say unmetered this mean's we do not closely monitor how much you are using, but if you begin to use too much we will be forced to ask you to get our premier plan. Server RAM, when you have lots and lots of scripts, wordpress plugins etc. It uses lots of server RAM, if this becomes a problem again, we will have to ask you to upgrade to our premier plan.
Content
All services provided by Tilt Hosting may be used to lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, presentation of any information, data or material that is a violation of any state, federal, local or international law may NOT be hosted on our servers, if this is found we WILL report you to our nearest local police department. You may NOT use copyrighted material, material we judge that is not appropriate for our server, or any invasion of someones privacy.
Domains
If your domain was Registered/Pushed to us, we are unable to push/transfered the domain to you for free, we charge a small fee of $11.00 USD per domain name that you need pushed/transfered to you. Please keep in mind, this is for for .com/.net/.org/.info/.co/.me domains. If your unable to pay the fee, we can change the nameservers for you from our end.
Staff abuse
When using our services you agree to talk with our staff in a calmly manner, we understand sometimes you may get upset, but if this persists after we have asked you to calm down, our staff has the right to wait 24hours to respond until you calm down, some staff may not do this, but we only allow this because we do not want you getting more upset and being even more unhappy, if you were being rude and have calmed down you may contact support again saying you have calmed down. If you persist to be rude every time you contact us, we'll be forced to temporarily suspend your account, and there will be a $1.00 fee to re-open your account, please note, this rarely happens, you must be very rude to us for us to suspend your account.
Refunds
You may ask for a refund, but we ask you to explain in detail why you would like a refund in full detail, we do ask you to pay a small re-stocking fee on services that you ask for a refund on, pricing follows: Monthly Hosting, $1.00 Restocking Fee. Yearly, $10.00 Restocking Fee.
Charge Backs
Charge backs are PROHIBITED if you do a charge back after you have agreed to our terms of service, we will show this to paypal, your bank, or whatever you paid with to pleed our case. If you would like a refund please ask for it in a ticket, doing a charge back will NOT get you a refund, as you have agreed to our Terms Of Use saying you would not do a charge back.
